• Follow CDC Guidelines & monitor your health daily.

  • Be alert for symptoms. Watch for fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of COVID-19.

  • Temperatures will be taken before sessions start.

  • If you or I develop symptoms at any point, the session will be postponed & rescheduled. Don’t feel ashamed to be careful & cautious.

  • If you or I test positive for Covid-19, quarantine will be in full effect & sessions won’t resume until a negative result comes back.

  • As long as both parties are fully vaccinated, masks are optional for one on one training.

  • Bring your own water bottle.

  • All equipment will be disinfected after use by the person in contact with antibacterial wipes provided.

  • 30 Minute buffers are set in place before and after each client for a full sanitation of the space. Please arrive/leave on time so there is no overlap of clients & I can keep the space sanitized thoroughly.

  • If you need to use the restroom, wipe down touched surfaces with antibacterial wipes provided. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and hot water.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose & mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Finally, shoes are not permitted on the mat. This is not pandemic protocol, this is because we are in a sacred Dojang. Thank you for respecting our tradition.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Client understands and agrees to the responsibility of the last minute cancellation fee of $30 (48 hour notice), unless there is an emergency or if the Client suspects they may have been exposed to COVID 19. Day of cancellation will result in a full rate charge. If the Client plans on being away for more than one week, there will be a $30 charge for the Contractor to hold the Client’s time slot.
